Targeting the chest, triceps, anterior deltoids, glutes, hamstrings, and calves  Frontal Full Opposition  incorporates both compound and isolative strength training to challenge opposing muscle groups resulting in increased strength, balance and definition.  Your Heart will be pumping as our experiences trainers push you to fatiguing the targeted muscle groups.
