Fascial Release & Stretching

This class is awesome for tight muscles and soreness. Many of us mistake facial adherence and stuck muscle tissue for injury. In this class you will be lead thru several myofascial release techniques that will result in amazing release! We all should be participating in this type of work on a regular basis.

Restorative Strength Training

Restorative Strength Training has a strong focus on rehabilitation and strength for all ages. This combines strength training and stretching focused on individuals with that are managing the challenges that deconditioning, mature bodies,injuries or instabilities. Unlike your typical restorative or post-rehabilitation classes and more like a strength, balance and flexibility workout class. If you struggle with mature bodies, are just starting, have chronic injury or pain, this is a great class for you.

Body Project

Full Body Functional strength training that incorporates both compound and isolative strength training to challenge all muscle groups resulting in increased strength, balance and definition. If your goal is to gain lean muscle and lose fat to create a lean tone physique, this is a must! This class is a circuit format and will keep your heart pumping while fatiguing the targeted muscle groups.

We are continuously raising the bar for you and your fitness goals here at Body & Mind Fitness. XCELERATE is dynamic group training class that combines kettlebell, kickboxing, HIIT,weights and touraine race obstacle training. Just give us 45 minutes! Advanced strength, agility, and conditioning. This high intensity group fitness class delivers results fast! Fitness programs can be recorded for personal performance progression. This specialized training class offers the benefits of training with a certified personal trainer as well as the camaraderie and competitive spirit of a group dynamic.

Kettelbell Boot Camp

In this specialty class we combine kettlebells, body weight exercises, and sweat, in a fun and intense interval style. Tracey's unique approach makes classes challenging but flexible enough for individuals of all fitness levels. This class will cover the areas of joint mobility, strength, endurance , cardio conditioning, and toning, fat loss and flexibility/and injury prevention.

Not So Basic Body Building

Bodybuilding is a sport involving strenuous strength training and specific nutritional guidelines in order to strengthen and enlarge (men) or densen (women) the muscles of the body. Leanne is expert at combining exercise and muscle groups in creative ways to increase results that create symmetry and definition FAST! If it is your goal to create a leaner more defined physique this class is for you!

This class is specific to body build therefore it is important to commit to the three day a week program and adhere to the nutritional coaching provided to get maximum benefit.
