Thank you for taking the time to read my bio, my name is Tracey and I have been working in the fitness industry for 23 years.
My love for fitness started at an early age with synchronized swimming and then I went on to play volleyball, basketball and track in school. My journey hasn’t always been easy I overcame an eating disorder early in my life, which really helps me relate to my clients who have a struggle with emotional eating and body image issues.
I enjoy working with a variety of age groups and fitness levels. I help my older adult clients by practicing balance exercises that will make daily activities easier. I also love sport specific training helping my clients who are athletes increase their power and strength while preventing injuries. Youth fitness is another passion of mine and I have had the privilege to work with kids who have disabilities including Autism and ADD.
One of my favorite fitness tools is the kettlebell! I enjoy working out with them in my own personal workouts and also teaching my clients how to use them properly.
When I am not personal training you will find me taking my German Shepherd named Bear for a walk or home decorating with flea market finds.
