    We offer a 5-day, 10 meals a week plan (lunch and dinner) for $149 a week.

    The Process

    • Find our plan and customize it before purchasing.

      • 5 Meal Weekly Subscription $83.50 a week , $16.70 per meal

      • 10 Meal Weekly Subscription 5-day, 10 meals a week plan (lunch and dinner) for $149 a week $15.80 per meal.

      • Choose any 10 meals from lunch or dinner and add on options for any salads, soup or chili! This is a flexible, recurring order. Skip or pause whenever you need! No commitment!

        Order by Sunday for pickup / delivery the following week.

      • Ala Carte Soups & Salads Weekly Subscription Soups & Salads $12.50 per item

        Choose from our World Famous Chicken Salad, Turkey Chili and our weekly rotating Green Salad! Minimum order is $75 for pickup / $100 for home delivery

    • Be sure to add any special instructions/add protein/substitutions/any allergies in the Order Notes before confirming!

    • Once you have made your purchase and your funds have been cleared, we will set up a recurring payment for the plan you have chosen with your account.

    • We will continue to customize your meal based on the original order you made unless you contact us 7 days beforehand.

    • For order updates, plan pauses, or plan cancellations, you must contact us a week prior to when you want the changes to take effect.

    • Our cut off for new orders or current order updates is Sunday 5PM PST.

    Delivery & Storage Policy

    • We deliver directly to your box/gym/workplace*. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes for obvious reasons!!

    • We are able to deliver all over the Greater Seattle area, including: Seattle, Kirkland, Bellevue, Lynnwood, Mill Creek, Redmond, Renton, Bothell, and Everett. Please contact us if you have any questions about delivery locations.

    • Upon delivery, your meals should be stored in a refrigerator within 2 hours!

    • Meals can be stored in your fridge for up to 4 days, or frozen for up to one month.Just send in your complete order form. Include which meals and how many servings.

  • Pick up at the studio in the refrigerator weekly on Mon. and/or Weds. Your name will be on the containers.

  • $10.00 per serving, place payment in payment box please or we can run your card on file.

  • Please return your containers clean.

  • Depicted meals are real products but ingredients may vary from those listed. Please let us know of any allergies.
