While I'm embarrassed to show this photo, I'm sharing my before and after shots because I know I'm not the only one out there that has gone through being overweight. Things got way out of hand in my late 50's and this is how I looked. Having been of average weight most of my life, I still don't know how I let my weight get so out of control. Well...I finally pulled myself together and got back to healthy eating and working out with a personal trainer. The weight melted off pretty quickly, with most of it gone in less than 5 months. I was lucky in that respect, and I will never let this happen again. I hope that this helps motivate someone struggling. Nothing feels better than being fit and strong. If I can do it...you can too!
