Registration for TRANSFORMATION includes registration for the following Challenges: MyBodyMindWORKOUT and the MyBodyMindNUTRITION 12 Week Challenges. You may register for those separately, but do not need to if your are registering for Transformation.

Registration Fee:

  • Early Bird September 1 thru October 15 save $50

  • Individual Registration:  $250.00 per person

  • Group Registration (5 or more):  $225.00 per person

  • Restart Fee:  $30.00

Competitors are allowed to restart as many times as they wish during the entry period (Sept. 1 – Nov. 1) for New before photo’s and body composition analysis will be completed at scheduled restart appointment.

What to Expect at Your Start-Up, Mid-Way and Finish Appointments (challengers are responsible for scheduling and managing their appointments):

  • Enrollment and payment if it hasn’t been completed online.

  • Body Composition Analysis (weight, body fat, and girth) taken on start-up date and within 7 days of assigned finish date.  Optional one check-in Mid-Way all by client scheduled appointment.

  • Before & After Photos: Three head to toe photographs   (front, back, and one pose) taken on start-up date and within 7 days of finish date.    The legs and midriff must be visible in photos. Competitors must wear the same clothing for before and after photos.

  • Dress appropriate to allow body composition analyst access to skinfold sites, girth measurement site, and photographs.

    • Men wear short shorts

    • Women two piece bathing suit or short shorts and a sports bra

Judging (Winners judged on the greatest amount of positive physical change and behavioral factors as follows):

  • Body Fat Lost

  • Muscle Gained

  •  Girth Measurements lost or gained depending on personal goals

  •   Points for MyBodyMindNutrition &  MyBodyMindWorkout challenge performance

  •    Winners will be announced Mi-February at an awards ceremony.

  •    One Point For Each Referral that Books a Free Consultation

  •    Prizes will be presented at awards ceremony.

  •    Photo’s may be posted in the Studio and/or on our website   with client permission.
